Logistic Trainee

As a Logistic Trainee at Valeo Systemes Thermiques, you will support the logistics team in optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and contributing to overall operational efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of incoming and outgoing shipments.
* Support inventory management activities, including stock checks, reconciliation, and data entry.
* Participate in the analysis of logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) to ensure smooth material flow.
* Learn and apply Valeo's logistics procedures and quality standards.
* Assist in preparing logistics reports and presentations.
* Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing supply chain performance.
* Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proactive and eager to learn about logistics operations in an industrial setting.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
