A little bit about our team:

Homemade / WMX is Warner Music Group’s merchandise and e-commerce services division, focused on helping artists connect with fans through merchandise, physical music, touring, VIP ticketing, retail, licensing and direct-to-consumer experiences. We work at the intersection of creativity and commerce, partnering with artists, managers, and label teams to build thoughtful, high-quality products and experiences that fans care about, and marketing them to drive revenue and add value to our clients business. From artist stores and limited-edition vinyl to tour merchandise and global retail programs, we treat merch and physical products as meaningful extensions of an artist’s creative vision. Homemade / WMX combines the global scale of Warner Music Group with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach. We value collaboration, ownership, and curiosity, and we’re building a forward-thinking team that’s excited to evolve how artists reach and engage their audiences.

Your role:

As Vice President, eCommerce Solutions & Deployment, you will oversee the practical implementation, technical configuration, and deployment of e-commerce capabilities across 150+ artist stores, flagship properties, and global megastore concepts. This role requires a combination of strategic solution design and tactical execution across multi-store environments operating under tight timelines. You will bridge commercial needs and technical execution by partnering directly with Central Tech for technical build needs, while working closely with the Operations team to ensure every deployment seamlessly connects with fulfillment, customer service, and post-purchase workflows.

Here you’ll get to:

- Architect and roll out pragmatic technical solutions across Homemade's multi-store e-commerce platform, enabling fast, repeatable, and stable store deployments across all active webstores.
- Co-own operational link to Central Tech, along with head of e-commerce operations, translating campaign requirements and artist needs into actionable platform configurations and deployment specifications.
- Work in lockstep with the Operations team to ensure all front-end store setups align smoothly with backend fulfillment mechanics, call center workflows, and inventory systems.
- Lead high-stakes deployment initiatives, including global Megastore launches, key artist site rebuilds, and rapid-turnaround merchandise drops.
- Identify and resolve deployment bottlenecks, site performance issues, and user journey friction across the global e-commerce portfolio.
- Build and mentor a team of high-performing e-commerce operators focused on site deployment, front-end optimization, and technical execution.
- Drive digital excellence across storefronts by optimizing user journeys, checkout flows, and post-purchase email integrations in collaboration with Digital Merchandising and Audience teams.
- Evaluate and integrate pragmatic third-party e-commerce tools, apps, and partner solutions in collaboration with Business Development to drive fan engagement and conversion.
- Drive user journey optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across all webstores.
- Partner with D2C Analytics to build and maintain a robust analytics engine to track site performance, conversion health, and user behavior, embedding data-driven decision-making across all store deployment projects.
- Collaborate with the Audience & CRM teams to build optimal post-purchase email flows and digital touchpoints that enhance fan engagement.
- Partner with the company leadership to identify, evaluate, and integrate strategic third-party partners and innovative commerce tools to elevate the overall fan experience.

About you:

- You have deep hands-on expertise in complex, multi-store e-commerce environments (e.g., Shopify Plus, headless architectures, multi-region/currency deployments).
- You have a proven track record of managing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with high flexibility and adaptability.
- You are highly skilled at cross-functional collaboration, acting as the bridge between technical engineering (Central Tech), day-to-day fulfillment/logistics (Operations), and marketing/merchandising teams.
- You enjoy solving complex front-end user experience friction and translating complex technical requirements into actionable solution roadmaps.
- You excel at cross-functional execution, serving as a seamless connector between Central Tech engineering teams, Operations and fulfillment partners, and commercial label leads.
- You possess a strong track record of applying pragmatic e-commerce tactics to improve site performance, conversion rates, and user experience.

We’d love it if you also had:

- 12+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce solutions engineering, or digital commerce deployment.
- You have built and scaled CRM touchpoints, post-purchase communication programs, and loyalty drivers within a matrixed corporate structure.
- Experience within entertainment, music, fashion, or high-volume direct-to-consumer e-commerce.
- Experience working across 2–3 diverse corporate or agency environments with global e-commerce exposure.
