About the Role
Elemental is seeking a Creative Analyst to join our Communications team. This role sits at the intersection of project management and visual storytelling. We’re looking for someone who pairs exceptional attention to detail with a creative mindset. You enjoy bringing structure to creative work, are comfortable moving between project management and hands-on execution, and are eager to explore how new tools—including AI—can make creative teams more effective. You will also help bring Elemental’s brand to life across our digital channels, visual communications, and events while keeping a fast-moving portfolio of creative projects organized and on track.
This position will report to the Managing Director, Brand and Creative and work closely with Elemental’s Communications team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Creative Project Management
- Collaborate with the Managing Director, Brand and Creative to build and maintain clear project briefs, leveraging AI and other tools to make creative workflows more efficient.
- Support project management across communications and creative projects, including developing timelines, tracking deliverables, and keeping projects moving toward completion.
- Coordinate logistics and schedules for photo and video shoots.
- Develop clear briefing materials for creative vendors, including photographers, videographers, designers, and other production partners.
- Maintain Elemental’s photo asset management system in Canto, ensuring assets are organized, searchable, and accessible to the team.
- Build and maintain a centralized video asset management system.
- Help improve the systems, tools, and processes the team uses to manage creative projects and assets.
- Maintain and update Elemental’s website, including publishing blog posts, updating page copy and images using our content management system, and liaising with Elemental’s technical website team as needed.
Visual Communications
- Independently create polished visuals leveraging Elemental’s existing brand system and creative templates, including presentation decks, social graphics, simple videos, and other digital assets.
- Partner with Elemental’s Senior Designer and Communications team to translate ideas and information into clear, compelling visual content.
Owned events
- Support Elemental’s Events Director in developing and maintaining event project briefs, production timelines, and planning materials.
- Curate, organize, and maintain audience and invitation lists for Elemental events.
- Track event registration and guest logistics, including RSVPs, waitlists, rooming lists, and other attendee information.
- Support event production and coordination leading up to Elemental’s owned events.
About you
You are equal parts organizer and creative thinker. You like making complex projects feel manageable and take pride in the details that make creative work excellent. You can keep a project tracker organized one moment and jump into a presentation or social graphic the next.
You’re naturally curious about visual storytelling and emerging creative tools. You don’t need to be a specialist designer, photographer, or videographer, but you have a strong visual eye and a desire to learn about what makes creative work clear, engaging, and on-brand.
You thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments and are comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing sight of the details.
