This is a Full Time position!
Must be able to cover Newport Beach down to San Clemente.
CHHA Requirements:
- Must be a Certified/Registered CHHA
- Experience working in Home Health, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing Facility is helpful
- Ability to work early morning hours starting between 6 am -7 am
- Must have a reliable car as this role requires seeing multiple patients per day in assigned territory
