Kline Galland Benaroya Services Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support our dedicated Home Health team in an admissions and float capacity.
Shift: 32-40 hours a week
Our service area covers King County. In this rewarding position, the Registered Nurse works collaboratively with other Home Health team members to admit patients to service and develop a comprehensive plan of care that meets the needs of patients and their families. Care settings include seeing patients in their private residences, adult family homes, and assisted and independent living facilities.
Some responsibilities include:
* Comprehensive patient assessment
* Developing the care plan in collaboration with the patient and their family
* Admission responsibilities include conducting start-of-care assessments, providing patient education, coordinating care, communicating with providers, developing care plans, and delivering skilled nursing care in the home.
* Expand and develop OASIS knowledge/expertise.
Qualifications
* Home Health experience Strongly Preferred
* Active WA RN license or Multistate RN license (completion Washington State-required Suicide Prevention Training and Health Equity Training)
* OASIS experience
* 1 year experience working in Admissions
* Valid driver's license, auto insurance and dependable vehicle
* Computer skills for charting and documentation
