- 2 years experience in volume recruitment or related experience
- Proven track record in efficient management of workload and responsibilities
- Proven track record in direct sourcing
- Proven track record in behavioral interviewing
- Proven track record and focus in creating an excellent candidate and hiring leader experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated adaptability & agility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
Additional Details:
- Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
- Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
- Work From Home Requirements: Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed
