About this role
Responsible for providing legal support to the CooperVision and CooperSurgical businesses across China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, enabling sales and marketing activities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Partner with the business to shape strategy and support the successful execution of business plans in a legally compliant and commercially effective manner.
Act as a key member of the China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong leadership team, contributing to the APAC long-range strategic plan and key priorities.
Play a central role in shaping China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong business strategy, driving APAC SKA contracting excellence, and strengthening APAC legal capabilities in support of strategic key accounts, while enhancing Regional impact and Global alignment.
