Team Lead (Healthcare Account)
Location: Pasig, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite, Night Shift
Compensation Flexibility: Open to negotiation for highly qualified candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and monitor team performance to ensure productivity, quality, and KPI targets are met.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, and healthcare account operations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing performance gaps and operational concerns.
- Prepare performance reports and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare account requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate.
- At least 3 years of Team Lead experience in a BPO healthcare setting .
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare and AR/collections .
- Dental healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to report onsite in Manila.
