Location: Cebu City

Work Setup: Onsite

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Provide appropriate solutions and resolve customer issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when communicating with customers.

- Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system.

- Meet established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance.

- Follow company guidelines, call handling procedures, and data privacy policies.

- Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account , regardless of account or line of business (LOB).

- Must possess a Bachelors degree or at least College level .

- Willing to work on a night shift and shifting schedule , including weekends and holidays, as required.

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

- Customer-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willing to work on-site, as required by the company.
