Job Summary :-
The Collections Analyst – US Region will be responsible for managing and improving the cash collection process for customers across the United States.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in Excel (including VBA/Macros), and the ability to partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to optimize working capital and minimize overdue receivables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor graduate and/or certificate of completion of job-related courses.
Commerce/Finance preferred).
- 4+ of related experience, preferred in SSC/GBS/BPO environment.
- Experience with US Credit Collection
- English written and verbal communication including ability to interact with all levels
throughout the organization.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
