Job Summary**

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to lead the delivery and evolution of our next generation data platform serving the clients of LPL. This role operates at the intersection of technology, data foundational teams, risk, and operations, ensuring data securityand experiences are met while enabling scalable, automated, and efficient business processes. In addition, this role assumes full ownership of Agile execution, including facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies.

Job Responsibilities**

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders including product,technology ,operations teams, and compliance.
* Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

* Experience working with large scale data platforms and transformation initiatives.
* Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment with LPL Financial's goals.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, product,architecture, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
* Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product features and initiatives, analyzing data to inform future product decisions.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
* Communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans to internal stakeholders.
* Ensure product solutions meet compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
* Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product areas, providing guidance and support to various teams.

Experience working with AI assited tools including co-pilot is highly preferred.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
* Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
* Strong understanding of financial services technology and/or wealth management platforms is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in creating user stories, use cases, wireframes, and other product documentation.
* Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* CSPO or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is a plus.
