About The Role
The People Management and Development Intern will be part of the Pinhome Service team, supporting people management, workforce development, and operational excellence. This role offers hands on experience in HR and operations, with a focus on managing and developing the blue collar workforce, specifically Service Providers (SPs). You will work closely with HRGA and operational teams to support recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and workforce productivity, while improving processes and analyzing workforce data to drive operational effectiveness.
What You Will Do
- Support HRGA in developing recruitment, training, and onboarding strategies.
- Manage HR data, build dashboards, and generate insights to support data driven decision making.
- Track Service Provider (SP) productivity, manage calendars, and maintain leave records.
- Validate and analyze SP order cancellations to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions with the relevant HRGA PICs.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of Learning and Development modules.
- Create engaging and creative educational materials, training content, and posters.
- Support stock management and tools procurement to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist in performance management initiatives and projects.
- Provide operational support to Pinhome Service to ensure smooth and effective day to day operations.
What You Will Need
- Final year undergraduate student or bachelor's degree graduate in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and analytical skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast paced working environment.
- Experience working with blue collar workforces, HR, or operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- A hands on, detail oriented, and operationally driven mindset.
