About the Role
主要负责全渠道运营业务咨询与专项工作执行，协助优化服务流程，数据统计分析等综合支持工作。
岗位职责：
1. 负责各渠道的运营业务咨询与办理，提供综合性服务解决方案；
2. 负责运营专项工作的推进与执行；
3. 协助主管对运营各系列服务流程进行优化，提出合理化建议；
4. 数据统计和分析、报告及推广文案的制作；
5. 服务单证及档案管理；
6. 主管交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，医学及相关专业优先；
2. 两年以上相关工作经验，掌握寿险产品知识、业务流程，具有两核专业优先；
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件，优秀的沟通协调能力；较强的培训讲授能力和文字撰写能力。
4. 认真负责，协作应变，勇于创新，合规、服务意识强。
