About this role
It is a hybrid position (HR BP with soft HR scope). HRBP acts as a strategic partner to business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals.
This role is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations related to employee life cycle from hire to retire, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations and coordinating HR projects and daily HR tasks.
- Knowledge and experience of Human Resource Management with relevant degree or equivalent qualification with verifiable experience
- Knowledge of Polish labor law
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for various HR topics
- Strong commitment and ambition to familiarize quickly with new areas and subjects
- Team-oriented, independent and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent service attitude and organizational skills
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Good knowledge of user application systems MS Office ( Workday/Oracle, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Good command of written and spoken Polish and English
