We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide operational and administrative support for our marketing activities and contribute to the implementation of projects supporting our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Business Unit Manager and Product Managers in implementing marketing activities and projects.
- Support the organization and logistical coordination of congresses, conferences, symposia, and other marketing events.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies and external suppliers on the development and production of promotional materials.
- Manage marketing-related documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, approvals, and invoices.
- Monitor marketing project budgets and expenses and prepare related analyses.
- Maintain records of promotional materials and coordinate their distribution to the field force.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams to support the implementation of marketing projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile
- University degree.
- Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or project coordination role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
