About this role

1.Develop dimensional measurement solutions for lenses and precision components, covering flatness, profile and other drawing-defined dimensional and GD&T characteristics.

2.Independently create, debug, validate, release and maintain CMM programs; optimise probes, point strategy, datum alignment, path and cycle time.

3.Define, design, manufacture-follow-up, validate and improve measurement fixtures and sample positioning solutions to minimise deformation, positioning error and operator influence.

4.Perform MSA including GR&R, repeatability, reproducibility, stability, bias, linearity and cross-equipment/laboratory correlation; identify error sources and drive improvement.

5.Participate in NPI drawing and GD&T reviews and translate requirements into measurement plans, acceptance criteria, programs, fixtures, data templates and work instructions.

6.Support sampling, pilot and mass-production measurement needs, issue timely data/reports, and conduct remeasurement, analysis and root-cause investigation for abnormal results.

7.Maintain the CMM program library, fixture list, methods, calibration/check requirements and version control; drive standardisation, automation and efficiency.

8.Coordinate technical issues, acceptance and capability improvement with suppliers/labs, and complete other related assignments.

1.Bachelor or above,Metrology, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Optical Engineering or related .

2.At least 3 years of precision dimensional metrology experience, including 2 years of CMM programming, with end-to-end experience from requirement review and program/fixture development to MSA validation and release. Lens, optical-component or precision-manufacturing experience is preferred.

3.Strong CMM principles and independent programming capability; proficient in ZEISS CALYPSO, PC-DMIS or equivalent.

4.Capable of fixture and positioning solution development using 2D/3D CAD, including fabrication follow-up and validation.

5.Familiar with MSA/GR&R, measurement uncertainty, SPC and statistical analysis using Minitab, Excel or equivalent.

6.Profilometer, vision system, interferometer or form/roughness equipment experience is preferred; good Chinese/English technical documentation and communication skills.
