About this role
Including but not limited to;
- Provide application support both our business partners and customers for Refractive Business in Thailand
- Provide timely feedback to supervisor on business issues and any other information which getting among sale team and customers
- Ability to work outside of core business and attend conferences as required
- Attend staff conferences and meetings as required
- To implement professional marketing activities and monitor ROI of activities according to business plan set by Refractive Sales Manager or Sales and Marketing Director.
- To collect market / competitor information and integrate to action plan implementation
- To provide support in the form of product and applications presentations, demonstrations and trainings
- To have a good knowledge of the medical products and to keep abreast in related technology advances
- To have a good knowledge of competition
- To work closely with other sales and support staff to continuously improve the company’s competitive position and achieved the objective
- To standby for the case that related to Refractive technology
- To arrange the goods and accessory documents with completely before handling to end users
- To be fast responding and communication with team and customers
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
- Bachelor's Degree of higher in Optometry or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience as Optometry or in the Ophthalmology industry or medical equipment industry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good analytical and clinical interpretation skills
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Have own car
