JOB TITLE
Mall Associate | MAF Properties | West Region
ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible for managing all the Mall related administrative tasks to ensure smooth day to day functioning of the assigned Mall including reporting to the Mall Management on a timely basis.
ROLE PROFILE
- Support operational administration by collecting documents, payments, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Manage petty cash, reconciliations, procurement, and payment processes while ensuring compliance with financial controls.
- Administer and maintain operational systems and platforms, including Procurement Portal, Legal Portal, PMHUB, and Docusign.
- Coordinate with tenants and on-site teams, manage tenant communications through Partner Connect, and oversee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Issue circulars, update the tenant portal knowledge library, and provide training and support to tenants.
- Support audit activities by providing required documentation and ensuring audit findings are implemented within agreed timelines.
- Prepare operational reports, monthly asset management inputs, quarterly mall fact sheets, and other performance data for management review.
- Liaise with finance and insurance teams on invoices, refunds, certificates, hoarding LPOs, and other operational requirements to ensure smooth centre operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in reporting, budget management, and general administration.
- Hands-on experience processing purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payments.
- Strong ability to maintain financial records and support budget tracking activities.
- Experience working within retail, shopping mall, or commercial operations environments.
- Preferred background with reputable retail or shopping mall organizations in the GCC or international markets.
