About the role:
Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our HR – Employee Experience team as an Employee Engagement & Recognition Manager to be based in Doha, Qatar.
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and execution of employee engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen our culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and reinforce our values. You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business to deliver innovative programmes that create meaningful experiences and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement employee engagement and recognition strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Manage employee recognition programmes and delivery to ensure consistency across Qatar Airways Group Divisions
• Lead the delivery of engagement programmes, campaigns, events and recognition initiatives across the local and outstation employee populations.
• Analyse employee feedback, engagement survey results, and workforce data to identify trends and recommend suitable actions.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive employee experience initiatives and support organisational culture objectives.
• Oversee engagement events, awards programmes, milestone celebrations, and other recognition activities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Analyse employee feedback, engagement survey results, and workforce data to identify trends and recommend suitable actions in relation to employee recognition
• Monitor industry trends and best practices, introducing innovative approaches to employee engagement and recognition.
• Measure Recognition programme effectiveness and provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Organise and Manage regular HR Leadership engagement events for HR Division in terms of Townhalls, Awards Ceremonies
• Manage the Group-wide Recognition budget to ensure proper and effective utilization across Divisions

About you
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications and requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in employee engagement, employee experience, recognition, communications, culture, or organisational development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
