Senior Manager – Electrical
Experience: 15-18 Years
Industry: Semiconductor, Pharma, Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing
Position Summary
The Senior Manager - Electrical will provide leadership for electrical engineering design and execution across major Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical facility projects. The role will ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant electrical infrastructure supporting mission-critical manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design and implementation activities.
- Manage power distribution systems including HV/LV networks, substations, UPS, generators, transformers, and switchgear.
- Coordinate electrical interfaces with process, mechanical, instrumentation, and automation teams.
- Review electrical engineering designs, calculations, and specifications.
- Support procurement and vendor selection activities.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Provide technical leadership during construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Manage project risks, technical issues, and design changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional certifications preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 15-18 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Proven experience on large-scale Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Data Center, or Manufacturing projects.
- Strong understanding of mission-critical facility infrastructure.
- Experience with EPC/EPCM projects preferred.
