About this role :
The Treasury Management Officer is responsible for identifying, analysing, selling, and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients.

In this role you will :
- Support the Bank’s “People First” focus and rules of engagement—maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB “A Better Place to Be”.
- Work with FIS and Deposit Operations for ongoing support and management of product line.
- Negotiate pricing to optimize profitability.
- Be responsible for client on-boarding for sales & implementation products & services.
- Be Client support for existing cash management products.
- Track business cash management clients & fee income.
- Perform risk and cost benefit analysis.
Must haves :
- Strong “people first” interest and ability.
- Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations.
- Subject Matter Expert on all business cash management products & services.
- Expert knowledge of cash management processes and services.
- 3-5 years of experience in cash management or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Description
$90,000-$135,000
