Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Development Operations Supervisor to join our team in Columbus, Indiana . In this role, you will lead a team of technicians supporting Development Operations within a laboratory and test cell environment, ensuring the accurate delivery of critical data and information that enables engineering, product development, and operational decision-making. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize resources, and drive efficient execution while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with strong leadership capabilities and has experience working in laboratory, testing, operations, or other technical environments. Success in this position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, data quality management, structured problem-solving methodologies, and the ability to develop talent, foster collaboration, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
