- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve invoicing disputes, improve customer satisfaction, and streamline the customer onboarding/credit check process.

- Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously evaluate AR workflows for efficiency gains, leveraging automation, AI tools, and ERP enhancements to streamline billing and cash application functions.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and supervise the AR/Credit & Collections team, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to track productivity and service quality.

- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular aging reports, cash forecasting, credit limit evaluations, and bad debt reserve analyses to finance leadership.

- DEI & Team Culture: Champion a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture through team activities and goal setting.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Order-to-Cash operations, including 2 to 4 years of supervisory/people management experience.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of credit risk evaluation, financial statement analysis, cash application procedures, and general accounting principles.

- Process Improvement: Proven track record of optimizing AR processes, reducing DSO, and implementing automated cash application or billing tools.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales leadership.
