The Role
As a Real Estate Analyst Intern, you will join our Real Estate team and gain practical experience supporting infinitSpace’s growth across existing and new markets.
Working alongside experienced colleagues and reporting to the Head of Real Estate, you will learn how we research markets, assess buildings and evaluate potential Landlord Partner opportunities. You will contribute to meaningful analytical projects with guidance, feedback and opportunities to develop your skills.
This is a part-time, Amsterdam-based internship suited to a student currently studying real estate, finance, economics, business or a related subject. The placement is intended to support your education and professional development.
What You’ll Learn & Contribute
Market Research & Analysis
- Research commercial property markets, target locations and emerging opportunities under the guidance of the Real Estate team.
- Gather and organise data on rents, vacancy, comparable properties and supply-and-demand trends.
- Support competitor and flexible workspace market research, and present key findings clearly.
Financial & Property Analysis
- Learn how to contribute to financial models and feasibility assessments for prospective locations.
- Help review property data such as floor area, rental assumptions, occupancy potential and operating costs.
- Support simple scenario comparisons and develop your understanding of commercial decision-making.
Opportunity & Project Support
- Support research and analysis for live real estate opportunities, including preparation of property summaries and meeting materials.
- Assist with gathering information for opportunity reviews and due diligence, working with colleagues across the business.
- Attend relevant team discussions and, where appropriate, site visits to understand the property assessment process.
- Learn how the team uses its pipeline tools and AI-supported workflows; contribute analytical input rather than owning routine system administration.
About You
- Currently enrolled in a relevant university or higher-education programme (for example, Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Business).
- Confident with Excel and comfortable working with numbers, or keen to develop these skills.
- Curious about commercial property, flexible workspaces and how real estate investment decisions are made.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable asking questions and learning from feedback.
- Able to communicate findings clearly and work collaboratively with a small international team.
- Previous work experience is welcome but not essential.
Your Learning Experience
You will receive an introduction to our real estate strategy, guidance from your manager, regular check-ins and feedback on your work. The scope of projects will be tailored to your experience and, where applicable, your academic placement requirements.
