Recruiter (Family Office)

We're looking for an in-house Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a private UHNWI Family Office. This is a fully remote role within a small team.

You'll hire across a range of areas, seniority, and markets (EU, LatAm, OAE, South Africa...):

- Business/Corporate services (Finance, Legal, Ops, Tax, HR, Personal Assistant..)
- Education (Nanny, Tutor..)
- Household (Chef, Housekeeper, Driver, Butler...)
- Luxury assets (Yacht/Private jet/Helicopter crews)
- Hospitality (Villa manager, Director of Guest Experience..)

What You'll Do:

- Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end , from intake call to closed offer.
- Source and map candidates proactively , rather than relying only on inbound applications.
- Manage candidate communication with discretion , given the sensitivity of a family office environment.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and fit.
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role briefs and interview processes.
- Track pipeline progress and flag risks or bottlenecks early.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process with candidates.
- Keep candidate and role data accurate and up to date.

Requirements

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Fluent in English and Russian , spoken and written.
- Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus.
- Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates independently.
- Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information.
- Organised and able to manage several open roles at once.
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely as part of a small team.
