The Charter Steakhouse is an elevated mountain-casual steakhouse in Beaver Creek, Colorado, celebrating the region through locally sourced ingredients and dishes inspired by the mountain environment and lifestyle. We’re looking for experienced, professional Servers to join our team for the winter season. If you’re passionate about guest service, highly organized, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude, we’d like to hear from you!
What You’ll Do Includes:
- Taking guest orders professionally, using suggestive selling, entering orders accurately into the POS, and ensuring food is prepared correctly and served at the appropriate time.
- Preparing sections for service by completing opening and closing side work, setting and resetting tables, replenishing condiments, and maintaining clean, organized dining areas.
- Providing attentive guest service by checking guest satisfaction, replenishing beverages, presenting checks, processing payments accurately, and maintaining the required check average after training.
- Supporting fellow front-of-house team members, assisting with banquet service when scheduled, completing required training, and following proper checkout procedures.
- Maintaining TIPS certification or obtaining it within the first month of service. Taking advantage of additional serving shifts in the growing events and banquet department as available, and performing other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $15.16 / hour + tips
Schedule: 5 nights per week, includes weekends and holidays

About You:
We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating great guest experiences. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, communicates effectively with both guests and teammates, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative to keep work areas clean, stocked, and ready for service. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems are also important for success in this role.
