About this role

About the Company

Passage Health is a fast-growing Series A startup on a mission to improve the quality and accessibility of autism care through technology. Autism diagnosis rates have surged over the past decade to 1 in 31 children, yet families still face waitlists of up to a year for care as providers—hampered by antiquated technology and manual workflows—struggle to meet surging demand.

We’re building the platform that modernizes how autism care providers work—from clinical documentation to operations to billing—transforming how care is delivered and scaling access across a $460B market.

Over the past year, Passage has grown more than 3x, driven by strong customer demand and expanding partnerships across the autism care ecosystem. As we scale, we’re focused on building durable foundations—the systems, processes, and decision-making needed to support long-term growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As RevOps Manager, you'll turn our deep industry focus into predictable growth by making sure every tool, process, and piece of data helps Sales, Marketing, and CX win and keep the right customers.

Reporting to the Head of RevOps, you'll administer our revenue tech stack (Sales, Marketing, and CX tools), keep our CRM records enriched so Reps have high-quality prospecting data, and partner closely with senior-level stakeholders on revenue initiatives. You'll work hand-in-hand with our VPs of Marketing and Sales on the GTM lifecycle, and with our Head of CX on our increasingly sophisticated support, retention, and expansion motions.

Scope of the Role

- Revenue Tech Stack: Administer HubSpot and our GTM tools (Gong, Nooks, Clay) and lead vendor evaluations and migrations, scaling the stack without adding tech debt. Be the first responder when a platform issue disrupts the team.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Own pipeline reporting and the forecast so leadership trusts the numbers.
- Data Quality: Keep CRM records clean and enriched so Reps have high-quality prospecting data.
- Process & Automation: Spot inefficiencies and Rep blockers before they become critical, and fix them, often with AI and automation.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as systems lead on cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance, and drive adoption through training and documentation.

What You'll Bring

- 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, preferably at a high-growth start-up
- Direct, hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
- Familiarity with LLM Coworking tools and Skills and a hunger to find new ways to improve your productivity through their utilization (Claude preferred)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CX teams.
- Experience with marketing campaigns, attribution tracking, and lead lifecycle management
- Strong communication skills, including working with senior-level stakeholders to understand, synthesize, and solve problems
- A proactive mindset—you spot problems before anyone asks and drive them to resolution
- Ability to work from our NYC office 4 days per week

Why Passage Health?

- Outsized impact—as an early employee, your work will shape both the company and our users’ experience
- Meaningful work using your skills to help children with autism
- A fast-paced environment full of substantive challenges
- Competitive salary and equity
- Healthcare, dental, and vision benefits
