We are actively hiring Manufacturing and Production Operators across multiple shifts.

We are seeking candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operation, printing, assembly, maintenance, warehouse equipment, military, automotive, technical trade, or other hands-on mechanical experience. If you enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting equipment, following detailed processes, and producing high-quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

While manufacturing experience is preferred, we also welcome mechanically inclined individuals who have developed technical skills through work experience, military service, vocational training, automotive repair, construction, equipment operation, or hands-on hobbies.

Current Shift Opportunities

Weekday Shifts

- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- $22.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- $22.50/hr + 15% shift differential = $25.88/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- $22.50/hr + 20% shift differential = $27.00/hr

Monday through Friday with a consistent schedule.

Weekend Shifts - Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40

- Weekend Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- $22.50/hr + 20% shift differential = $27.00/hr
- Weekend Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- $22.50/hr + 20% shift differential = $27.00/hr

What You'll Learn and Do

As a Manufacturing and Production Operator, you'll be trained to:

- Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment
- Follow detailed operating procedures to ensure quality, consistency, and security standards are met
- Inspect materials and finished products to maintain exceptional quality standards
- Identify and troubleshoot routine machine and process issues
- Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production goals
- Learn specialized manufacturing processes used in the production of secure products
- Develop valuable technical and hands-on skills that can lead to long-term career growth

How the Hiring Process Works

1.      Selected candidates typically begin through one of our staffing partners while completing the required security clearance process.

2.      Once you are cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you may become eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee, typically within approximately 90 days.

3.      We are actively interviewing and filling positions across multiple shifts. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

Who We're Looking For

- Manufacturing, production, machine operation, printing, assembly, maintenance, or similar experience is preferred
- Mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with equipment, tools, machinery, or automated processes
- Experience troubleshooting, adjusting, operating, or maintaining equipment is a plus
- Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to follow detailed procedures while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Interested in building a stable, long-term manufacturing career with growth opportunities

Requirements

- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to pass a government background investigation, including a Position of Public Trust Clearance
