Citi Technology Services (CTS) is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to join the Network and eTrading Service Delivery Excellence group in support of the Equities Acceleration Program — a strategic, firm-wide initiative to modernize Citi's Global Markets platform and drive growth, resilience, and operational efficiency across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
This role is accountable for ensuring the consistent and reliable delivery of technology services to the Equities business, bringing a strong foundation in technical program delivery to orchestrate complex, cross-functional technology workstreams. Key responsibilities include planning and executing service delivery across technical initiatives, acting as the primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes , and defining, monitoring, and reporting on delivery and performance commitments. The successful candidate will operate within a mission-critical trading environment where availability and performance directly impact financial outcomes and Citi's reputation in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the consistent and reliable delivery of technology services to the Equities business, orchestrating end-to-end service delivery across technical
- Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technical initiatives, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risk across multiple delivery cycles
- Partner with Equities business leaders, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to align service delivery outcomes with program objectives
- Lead post-engagement reviews and drive root cause analysis on delivery risks or issues, ensuring lessons learned are embedded into future execution
- Contribute to the build-out of foundational technology teams supporting the Equities Acceleration Program, influencing hiring velocity given the high volume of roles requiring dedicated support
- Provide regular executive-level reporting on delivery health, risks, and program outcomes
- Champion a culture of delivery excellence, resilience, and continuous improvement across technical workstreams
Required Qualifications
- 14+ years of experience in service delivery, technical program management, or a related leadership discipline within large-scale financial services or capital markets environments
- Demonstrated experience managing high-availability, mission-critical trading platforms or equivalent complex technology ecosystems
- Proven track record as a senior delivery leader , managing cross-functional dependencies and resolving blockers under pressure and tight timelines
- Deep expertise in delivery governance, milestone tracking, and outcome reporting , with the ability to translate metrics into strategic recommendations
- Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization across multiple regions (NAM, EMEA, APAC)
- Strong command of scalable delivery frameworks and governance models , including planning, risk/issue management, resourcing, and execution oversight
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly at all levels of the organization
- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale technology transformation initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Equities, electronic trading, or Global Markets technology environments
- Familiarity with network and eTrading infrastructure concepts relevant to trading platform delivery
- Technical program or delivery management certification (e.g., PMP, SAFe, Agile delivery frameworks)
- Experience supporting regulatory or consent order–related technology transformation initiatives
- Exposure to platform modernization efforts within Tier 1 financial institutions

## Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
