Are you someone people naturally turn to for help, guidance, and support?
As a Field Supervisor , you’ll be more than a supervisor; you’ll be a leader, coach, problem-solver, and advocate for the clients and caregivers we serve.
You’ll help people live safely and independently in their own homes while supporting the caregivers who make that possible. From training new team members to stepping in when a client needs extra support, your work will have a direct impact every day.

What You'll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Onboard new DMH clients and train new Personal Assistants
- Coach, support, and recognize caregivers alongside the Program Manager
- Lead by example and help caregivers succeed in their roles
Make Sure Care Comes First
- Conduct monthly quality checks to ensure clients are receiving excellent care
- Listen to clients and families and help resolve concerns
- Help keep care plans, policies, and services on track
Be There When It Matters
- Provide hands-on DMH shift coverage when needed
- Step in to support clients and caregivers when unexpected situations arise
- Work closely with the office and field team to keep care running smoothly
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a working phone
- Strong communication and people skills
- A dependable, compassionate, and team-focused attitude
- The ability to lead by example and stay calm when challenges arise
