About this role
He/she will essentially do organization, implementation and evaluation of electrical components and control system to determine compliance on onshore and offshore wind turbines, in particular on Converter, Controller and safety system. Further, the engineer will be responsible for independent execution and timely completion of projects by analyzing project scope and determining project specifications, coordinating with clients and project manager during the course of the project and preparing evaluation report for clients.
HIRE-IN
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Structural & Electrical & Control Engineering, Dynamic systems or any equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of wind turbine electrical component or Control & Protection system and experience with the use of the common IEC standards for wind turbines (not suitable to campus recruitment)
- Excellent knowledge in electrical design and safety
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the continuous development of work processes (Lean Six Sigma) is desirable
- Hands-on experience in project management
- Customer focus, commitment and independent work
- Good communication skills (English speaking and writing)
- Willingness to travel (within China and outside the country)
