We are currently in search of a Chief Concierge and a true bon vivant—a person who loves, more than anything, to eat, drink, chat, and explore, someone who’ll share thoughtful, personal recommendations on everything from specialty restaurants to exclusive access to events in Tokyo. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about details, who’ll get you a table at that impossible-to-reserve restaurant, then send you for drinks at a blissful hideaway you’d never have found, introduce you to an incredible gallery, give you background on the neighborhood, and anything else you can imagine.

About you...
A member of Les Clefs d'Or.
Passionate about guest service and at least 1-2 years of concierge leadership experience.
Thorough knowledge of all local restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues.
Office management computer applications skills.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledgeable of concierge operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
