Your Duties
- Develop and conduct a variety of day and evening programs for guests and young visitors
- Host and lead social events, game rounds, and creative workshops for children and adults
- Ensure the safety of children during the programs
- Communicate seamlessly with parents and guests
- Take responsibility for the available equipment
- Support other areas such as reception or the excursion expert when needed

Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or university degree
- Experience in childcare, youth supervision, and the entertainment sector
- Excellent German and English language skills; additional language skills are a plus
- Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and good moderation abilities
