At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Management Trainee – AI Delivery in our Implementation team. Who are we? What is this role all about? This is an entry-level role for fresh graduates who want to begin their careers in a client-facing and technology-driven environment. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions on Kapture’s platform. Sounds interesting? - You will work with product, technology and support teams to understand client requirements and business objectives
- You will assist in preparing and maintaining documentation such as BRDs, PRDs and user stories
- You will support project execution activities under guidance, following Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- You will participate in client meetings, demos and training sessions
- You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery

This is a Bangalore-based role . We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility. What does success look like in this role? You support projects effectively, communicate clearly with teams, and build a strong understanding of how AI-driven solutions are delivered to enterprise clients.
