About this role
We are seeking a Warranty Claims Assessor to join our global warranty operations team, responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing warranty claims for an assigned automotive commodity (e.g., engine, transmission, electrical, chassis, etc.). This role plays a critical part in ensuring claims are assessed accurately, fairly, and in line with warranty policy, while identifying trends that help reduce warranty costs and improve product quality feedback loops
Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
3-15 years’ experience in Automobile dealership preferably experienced at hands on working on vehicle repairs including engine, transmission and diagnosis
Skills Required;
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Technical diagnostic knowledge (basic to intermediate)
- Warranty process exposure
- Computer literacy
- Flexible, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Polite, proactive, and supportive of team members
