About this role
Stable Money | Bengaluru, in-office | 2–5 years of experience
About Stable Money
At Stable Money, we're building new financial products for Indian consumers while improving how financial services are delivered.
We're setting up an AI Lab to explore how AI can fundamentally improve our customer experience, employee productivity and ability to build new products.
We're looking for a hands-on, product-minded builder who can identify valuable problems, build working solutions and get them into real-world use.
The role
You'll work across internal tools, consumer-facing AI experiences and new AI-powered product opportunities.
You'll receive broad business priorities, identify specific problems worth solving, figure out the right approach and build solutions. We expect you to work independently, engage with users, prototype quickly and take your products through deployment, adoption and iteration.
You should be comfortable moving between product thinking, design, code, AI tooling and conversations with the people who will use what you build.
What you'll do
Discover problems. Work with teams across Stable Money to understand their workflows, identify friction and find opportunities where AI can create meaningful value.
Build internal products. Create tools, agents and workflows that improve the productivity of sales, support, operations and other teams.
Build consumer experiences. Explore and ship AI-powered experiences that make financial products easier to understand, access and use.
Explore new product opportunities. Prototype and validate ideas for AI-powered products that could create new business value or revenue streams.
Own the full lifecycle. Move from problem discovery and solution design to prototyping, implementation, deployment, measurement and iteration.
Use AI pragmatically. Apply LLMs, APIs, tools and agentic workflows where they solve real problems. Evaluate reliability and cost, and design appropriate safeguards.
Design for real users. Make products intuitive and useful. Spend time with users, observe their workflows and iterate based on actual behaviour.
Drive adoption. Ensure that what you build gets used. Measure impact on productivity, customer experience, quality, time saved or business outcomes.
Keep raising the bar. Track new capabilities in AI and identify practical ways to apply them to Stable Money's products and operations.
What we're looking for
2–5 years of experience building software, products or technology-led solutions.
Demonstrated ability to build and ship working applications. We care about what you can do more than your job title.
Strong technical skills and the ability to implement solutions yourself using code, APIs and modern AI development tools.
Practical familiarity with LLM-powered applications. You should be able to demonstrate how you've used AI capabilities to solve a real problem.
Strong product sense. You can distinguish an interesting demo from a product that genuinely solves a problem.
Design thinking and attention to user experience. You care about how people discover, understand and use what you build.
High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You can identify the next step and make progress without waiting for detailed instructions.
Strong communication and people skills. You can work with non-technical stakeholders, understand their needs and earn their trust.
A bias towards finishing. You can take a solution beyond a prototype and work towards reliability, adoption and measurable impact.
Experience with LLM APIs, agent workflows, tool calling, retrieval systems, evaluations and production deployment is useful. We will assess your practical ability rather than require familiarity with every technique.
Founders, early startup employees, engineers who build side projects and AI-native product builders are encouraged to apply.
This role may not be for you if
You mainly experiment with AI tools but haven't built anything useful.
You can produce demos but struggle to deploy or maintain working applications.
You wait for someone else to identify the problem and define every step.
You optimise for technical novelty rather than user or business value.
You don't enjoy talking to users or working with cross-functional teams.
What you'll get
The opportunity to build across internal systems, consumer products and new business opportunities.
Direct access to business leaders and users, with short feedback loops.
Room to experiment with emerging AI capabilities and turn successful experiments into real products.
End-to-end ownership, from identifying a problem to measuring the impact of the solution.
How to apply
Fill the application form here: https://forms.gle/sq4QMWk7G4mSepeo8
Show us something you've built. Share a working product, demo, code repository or other evidence of your work. Explain the problem, your approach, your personal contribution, the trade-offs you made and what happened after you shipped it.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical building assessment before the interview stage.
