Stable Money Group comprises multiple entities offering fixed-income investment solutions to retail investors through a technology-driven platform. The Group operates across various regulated businesses in the financial services ecosystem, including stock broking, depository participant services, mutual fund distribution, and fixed deposits.
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Secretarial and Compliance team and support the Group's corporate governance and regulatory compliance functions.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Finance Executive to manage core accounting operations for Stable Money. You'll own day-to-day bookkeeping, receivables and payables, reconciliations, and statutory compliance — keeping our books accurate, audit-ready, and current.
Key Responsibilities
Books & Accounting
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, journals, and ledger hygiene
Own monthly and annual book closures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Track outstanding invoices and customer ageing to support healthy cash flow
Follow up with customers professionally to ensure timely collections
Accounts Payable
Verify vendor invoices and expense claims for accuracy and completeness
Manage approval workflows and process payments on time
Maintain accurate accounting treatment and supporting documentation
Bank & Payment Reconciliations
Perform regular reconciliations across bank accounts and payment gateways
Compliance & Filings
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
Maintain compliance trackers and supporting documentation
Coordinate with external CAs and auditors during audits and filings
Controls & Process Discipline
Follow and reinforce financial processes and internal controls
Maintain audit-ready documentation across all workflows
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Operations
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Solid understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS statutory compliance in India
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
Strong attention to detail with a high sense of ownership and accountability
