Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients by providing personalized wealth management and financial planning solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to recommend suitable investment, insurance, and treasury products.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Adhere strictly to all internal policies, operational risk guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with product specialists and support teams to deliver a seamless, holistic banking experience to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in financial advisory and wealth management.
- Proven track record in relationship management, financial advisory, or sales within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products, including investment, insurance, and treasury solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset.
