About this role
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Role bridges the gap between plant operations and business performance. You will use your technical problem-solving mindset to analyze plant data, track energy, and monitor production costs to drive continuous improvement.
- Operational Performance: Track monthly production and maintenance metrics; identify root causes when performance deviates from targets.
- CAPEX & Project Tracking: Monitor budgets, spending, and execution timelines for plant upgrades, equipment purchases, and facility expansions.
- Energy & Efficiency Analysis: Partner with plant teams and the Energy Manager to analyze power consumption against operational efficiency benchmarks.
- Dashboards & Forecasting: Build simple monthly KPI dashboards and help site managers prepare realistic operational budgets.
- Prepare Business case analysis & measure effect on Gross Margin and Suggest corrective action to business.
- Prepare Flash comments related to Sales, GM, OI, G&A variance compared to Target / Reforecast, Same month previous year.

Are you a MATCH?
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong numerical logic
- Curiosity to explore and learn
- Problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets (curiosity to learn data automation)
