We are seeking a self-motivated Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of Intelex, a global Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management platform. This role will manage cross-functional stakeholders, implementation partners, technical resources, and business teams to deliver the solution on time, within budget, and within the approved scope.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise software implementations, system integrations, data migration, testing, change management, and post-go-live support. Experience with EHS, compliance, incident management, training, or operational platforms is preferred.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination among HSE, IT, HR, Operations, Security, Legal, Procurement, and external implementation partners.
- Develop and maintain the detailed project plan, implementation roadmap, governance model, and communication plan.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Lead integration planning with systems such as Workday, Arena, Salesforce, SSO, Box, SharePoint, and Okta.
- Oversee data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and archival requirements.
- Coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, security reviews, and production readiness activities.
- Partner with HSE leaders and subject matter experts to standardize global processes for incident management, observations, inspections, corrective actions, training, permits, contractor management, compliance, and reporting.
- Lead implementation partners, vendors, developers, technical resources, and internal teams to ensure accountability and timely delivery.
- Establish and manage project governance, including status reporting, action tracking, decision logs, risk and issue registers, and steering committee updates.
- Provide regular reporting to executives and business stakeholders on progress, milestones, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and required decisions.
- Escalate delays, scope changes, budget concerns, and resource constraints, and recommend corrective action plans.
- Lead change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities to support a successful global rollout.
- Coordinate the transition to operational support, including knowledge transfer, support processes, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure the implementation follows internal policies, security requirements, vendor governance standards, and project management best practices.

Here is some of what you’ll need:

- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, technology projects, or technical programs.
- Experience leading SaaS, EHS, compliance, HR, ERP, or other enterprise platform implementations.
- Experience managing third-party implementation partners and software vendors.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data migration, testing, release management, and production deployment.
- Experience managing projects across multiple regions, business functions, and time zones.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of change management, digital adoption, user training, and organizational readiness.
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to operate strategically and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience developing executive presentations, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Ability to identify risks early, drive decisions, resolve issues, and hold project team members accountable.
