Head of Finance Operations

As Head of Finance Operations at Insider One, you will lead and build the systems, teams, and processes that power our global financial operations across 30 countries. From payments and cash management to the full Procure-to-Pay cycle, you will own the operational engine that keeps Insider One running across multiple currencies, dozens of banking relationships, and a globally distributed team.

This is a senior operations leadership role for someone who brings discipline, scale, and a builder's mindset to complexity. We are looking for a hands-on, highly proactive leader who thrives in complex environments, takes full ownership of challenges, and drives solutions independently from identification through execution. You will be expected to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, turning operational complexity into scalable, efficient, and well-controlled processes.

What You Will Do

- Own and lead Insider One's Finance Operations function globally, including Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, treasury, and cash management across all 30 operating countries.

- Manage Insider One's banking relationships across multiple geographies, ensuring optimal account structures, payment capabilities, and cost efficiency.

- Oversee day-to-day payment operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all payment types and jurisdictions.

- Build and continuously optimize Procure-to-Pay workflows and systems, driving efficiency and control across the full purchase-to-payment cycle.

- Proactively identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, taking full ownership of developing and implementing practical solutions without waiting for direction or escalation.

- Stay close to operational details, challenge existing ways of working, and step in directly when needed to resolve complex issues and ensure execution.

- Lead and develop a geographically distributed Finance Operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

- Partner with Controlling, FP&A, Legal, and Procurement on cross-functional processes, ensuring Finance Operations is a reliable and proactive partner to the business.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, ensuring clear accountability, timely execution, and measurable outcomes, even when responsibilities span multiple teams or countries.

- Drive automation and technology adoption across Finance Operations, reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and building scalable infrastructure.

- Own cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term cash forecasting globally, ensuring Insider One always has full visibility into its financial position.

What You Will Need

- 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Treasury, or a related senior finance leadership role, with meaningful exposure to multi-country environments.

- Strong experience managing payment operations, banking relationships, and cash management at scale across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

- Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes and the ERP and payment platforms that support them.

- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop distributed finance teams across different geographies and time zones.

- Track record of building operational infrastructure in high-growth, global environments. You know how to bring structure to scale.

- Hands-on leader who is equally comfortable setting strategic direction and getting into operational details to solve problems and drive results.

- Demonstrate exceptional ownership and independence; you anticipate challenges, take initiative without waiting for instructions, and consistently follow through until issues are fully resolved.

- Highly execution-oriented, with a proven track record of translating complex challenges into clear action plans and delivering tangible results.

- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, making sound decisions with incomplete information, and creating structure in fast-changing environments.

- Strong bias toward process improvement, automation, and technology; you look for ways to do things better, not just maintain the status quo.

- Fluency in English and highly effective at working across international teams, stakeholders, and regulatory environments.
