Inspired Education Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Project Manager to support the operational and marketing launch of a new international school in Milan, working directly with the Head of Marketing.
Main responsibilities
- Help coordinate the launch plan, timeline and day-to-day tasks
- Support the creation of brochures, presentations, signage and admissions materials
- Update the website and social channels; help prepare content and the posting calendar
- Assist with partnerships (relocation agencies, companies, cultural institutions) by preparing contact lists, emails and follow-ups
- Help organise open days, info sessions and events, from logistics to follow-up
- Apply brand guidelines to materials and communications
- Keep templates, logos and brand assets organised and up to date
- Check content from schools for consistency before it goes out
Required Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years in project coordination, marketing, communications or events (education, hospitality or premium services a plus)
- Well organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Good with Canva, Office/Google tools and social media; CRM experience a plus
- Fluent English and Italian
- Comfortable dealing with international families
- Proactive, hands-on and happy to learn
Indicative salary starting from €25.000.
