Job Description
Mr. Balaiah bearing employee code : 200913 has retire from his roles.
- Performing equipment preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Co-ordinate with E&M Executive/officers in shift to solve any maintenance problems.
- Documentation of work orders as prescribed.
- Follow the department SOP's and Quality system.
- Pump mechanical seal servicing and assembling work carried out.
- Ensure safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
- Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
- Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
- Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
- Follow work permit system and PPE.
- Responsible for following Environmental guidelines, EHS guidelines
- Report any incident/accident/near miss/illness to the superiors.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.
- Responsible for Up-keep for facility.
