About this role

Description & Requirements NB. ALL APPLICANTS MUST ALREADY BE LEGALLY ENTITLED TO WORK IN SOUTH AFRICA. The Analytics & Sales Program offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement while developing a foundation for a long-term career within Bloomberg's Financial Solutions business. Following our comprehensive training program in London, you will apply your knowledge by assisting our clients in the Analytics department. After around 18 months, you move to our sales department in South Africa. You will begin your career in Analytics, where you'll work directly with Bloomberg Professional Services clients across the global financial community. In our Analytics business, you will provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users around the world and across multiple industries. Through Instant Bloomberg (IB) chat, you'll answer client questions, solve complex workflow challenges, and help clients maximize the value of Bloomberg's products and solutions.  On any given day, our teams respond to tens of thousands of client inquiries in over 15 languages. From helping portfolio managers analyze risk to supporting traders as they uncover new sources of market liquidity, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of financial workflows while developing deep product, market, and client expertise.  As Bloomberg continues to innovate, you'll partner with clients to introduce new products, deliver training, support onboarding and product rollouts, and help organizations utilize technology more effectively. You'll also collaborate closely with Sales teams on strategic client initiatives, building the skills and relationship management capabilities that prepare you for future opportunities across Financial Solutions.  After 18-24 months, and having successfully completed your training in London, we fly you to South Africa, where as a true Bloomberg specialist, you’ll join our team of highly motivated, financially-astute relationship and account managers, whose role it is to lead and grow our business across South Africa. Every client interaction is an opportunity to deepen your expertise, develop your problem-solving skills, and build confidence as a trusted advisor.  Long-Term Career Growth  The Analytics & Sales Program is designed to accelerate your professional development.
