Deine zukünftige Rolle
- Du gestaltest und koordinierst unsere interne Kommunikation über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg – von Newslettern, Intranet-Beiträgen bis hin zu Management-Kommunikation
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung und das Management Team bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
- Du erstellst Präsentationen, Briefings und Management-Unterlagen, bereitest Meetings professionell vor und stellst korrekte Protokollierung sicher
- Du betreust unsere Arbeitgeber-Bewertungsplattformen und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten
- Du planst und koordinierst Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen wie Townhalls, Afterworks und interne Kulturinitiativen
Das bringt dich in die Poleposition
- Du hast eine fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein relevantes Studium abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Human Resources oder Eventmanagement mit
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und Lösungsorientierung
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und kannst gut priorisieren
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, insbesondere Excel und Copilot
- Du bringst ausgeprägtes Interesse an interner Kommunikation, Mitarbeiterengagement und Unternehmenskultur mit.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Erstellung zielgruppenorientierter Kommunikationsinhalte
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 2.100,- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
