About this role
Join the Leadership Academy team in the Leadership department of Hapag‑Lloyd AG as a Working Student. You will assist in planning, preparing and delivering virtual and face‑to‑face leadership trainings worldwide, while gaining hands‑on experience in learning‑and‑development processes and stakeholder coordination.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time study program in psychology, education, HR, business administration or a related field with availability of approximately 12 months
- Strong interest in learning & development, leadership and soft‑skill topics
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn, as well as detail‑oriented, reliable and able to work both independently and in a team
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with confidence communicating to diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experienced with MS Teams and SharePoint
- Initial experience creating presentations, digital content or learning materials through projects, volunteering or work is a plus
- Enjoys interacting with people and supporting collaborative learning environments
