We are looking for support for six months, starting in January 2027.
- Influencer Management: Independently manage influencers and content creators. This includes outreach, (price) negotiations, and performance tracking.
- Communication: Create detailed briefings and support the development of campaign concepts.
- Trend Analysis: Research and source new influencer profiles.
- Performance Tracking: Support the monitoring of KPIs and derive ideas and action plans.
- Support: Assist the marketing team with day-to-day business.
What we expect from you
- Studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field, or have recently successfully completed your degree
- Enthusiastic about online marketing, influencers, and social media, and have a passion for beauty, lifestyle, and current trends.
- Initial experience through an internship or a working student position is a plus.
- Strong communication skills as well as excellent writing and comprehension skills.
- Working in a structured and solution-oriented manner and you're a reliable, open-minded person with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong analytical skills as well as an independent and responsible way of working.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
