About this role
Misión
The finance supervisor has the mission of coordinating the local execution of processes related to treasury, accounting, purchasing, foreign trade, insurance and corporate legal matters, in collaboration with HQ functional teams, to support local operations and provide actionable recommendations for the short, medium and long-term management of the base.
Funciones
- Identify local cost-saving plans, contract management and financial improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to the relevant functional teams to support decision-making.
- Participates in the budgeting and forecasting processes for the country, collaborating with various departments to develop detailed financial plans.
- Executes local financial strategies and processes, as well as local banking management.
- Develops business cases and supporting financial justifications for proposed local capital expenditures, strategic projects, and other significant business commitments, to support decision-making by the relevant Finance leaders.
- Works with operational teams to identify areas for cost reduction without compromising service quality and safety.
- Oversees local cash flow and treasury management, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet financial obligations, optimizing cash utilization, and minimizing risk exposure.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field.
- 4 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or related fields, with demonstrated business maturity and sound judgment.
- Advanced English level.
- Experience in working with multinational corporations or complex business structures.
