Join a global finance organization where you will lead the Working Capital function within Kuehne+Nagel's Knowledge Center in Bogotá. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, transformation, and financial performance across multiple geographies, while leading high-performing teams and partnering with senior stakeholders worldwide. How You Create Impact

- Lead the Working Capital Knowledge Center as a key driver of Kuehne+Nagel’s global Finance Operating Model and strategic transformation agenda.
- Lead and develop a centralized Finance Services organization, ensuring high-quality service delivery across global operations.

- Deliver measurable working-capital impact by steering performance across Drive working capital performance by optimizing Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Treasury, and cash flow management processes.

- Lead transformation, centralization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational excellence.

- Enhance a strong performance-management environment through transparent KPIs, service-level governance and structured business reviews that turn insights into focused improvement actions. Own financial governance, cost center performance, forecasting, compliance, and risk management across the function.

- Build, coach, and develop high-performing leaders and teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

- Drive the connection of global process owners, country Finance organizations and Knowledge Center teams to strengthen end-to-end execution, resolve performance barriers and embed consistent ways of working.

What We Would Like You To Bring

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Working Capital, Finance, Accounting, or Administration within a multinational shared services or BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and finance operations.
- Experience leading teams in a shared services, finance operations, or complex finance environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.
- Experience leading finance transformation, centralization, or process excellence initiatives.
- Advanced financial planning, financial modeling, and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management experience in global organizations.
- Fluent English and Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
