About this role

Job Description

Just imagine shaping marketing investment choices that help two Business Units turn evidence into confident plans for growth. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Marketing Investment Planning Manager, you'll champion tailored investment strategies for two Business Units. You'll connect data, marketing priorities and commercial needs across the planning horizon, from longer-term outlooks through integrated commercial planning and into in-year investment choices. You'll help teams make confident decisions while strengthening the data behind our marketing investment planning.

Required Qualifications

- Analysed marketing data to inform marketing investment choices and plans.
- Used Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Copilot, to support business planning and collaboration.
- Presented evidence-based recommendations that informed marketing plans or investment choices.
- Delivered marketing or business strategy with cross-functional ownership and shared accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Applied Marketing Mix Modelling to assess marketing investment effectiveness and inform investment decisions.
- Created AI automations or agents to support business processes or decision-making.
- Delivered marketing or business planning for markets across the Middle East, Türkiye and Central Asia.

What you'll build

- Shape marketing investment plans for two Business Units, connecting global and regional priorities with Business Unit needs.
- Turn the global marketing calendar and strategic priorities into practical Business Unit investment plans.
- Guide marketing teams on budget allocation, investment trade-offs and opportunities to improve marketing investment effectiveness.
- Deliver aligned marketing plans as part of integrated commercial planning for the year ahead.
- Guide in-year marketing investment plans, assessing risks and opportunities as priorities evolve.
- Help improve marketing data accuracy and robustness as our approach to investment planning develops.

If you've worked in a role where you delivered marketing or business strategy with cross-functional ownership and shared accountability, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to use evidence to shape clear recommendations while bringing different priorities together.

Life on the team

You'll join Marketing Data, Investment and Planning within Central Marketing. We enable confident commercial and brand decisions through evidence-based recommendations across the planning horizon. Our team works across several LEGO® hubs with colleagues around the globe, connecting through weekly planning meetings, monthly team sessions and focused project conversations. You'll bring holistic thinking, adapt as priorities change and share accountability across a flexible hybrid rhythm.

What success looks like

You'll help two Business Units keep marketing investment effectiveness at the heart of their plans while strengthening alignment with regional and global priorities. You'll join the team as we build a more connected ecosystem of commercial marketing data and insights, explore AI automation and agent-based solutions, and strengthen how we approach marketing investment effectiveness. You'll work closely with Business Unit and regional marketing leadership, global and regional peers, media and integrated marketing teams, Business Unit General Managers and Finance.
